Kaspersky found Trojan a hour after the launch in appdata. I have a lot of things installed onto my PC, so maybe it's a coincidence.

I got the game from dlsite, sometimes RPGM games are reported as false positives or it could be something else entirely.

in the part where you can walk in the water, go to the right of the torches to the edge of the screen, you will find another path.
Most of the scenes are lewdness gated, I think the game expects you to lose a bunch of fights or something. Quick way to get from 0-100 lewd is as follows
1: lose to parasitic ivy repeatedly using give up skill until 25 lewd (red circles in the upper zone), you can skip watching the scene and still get lewd points
2: at 25 lewd go to town, and change into your underwear (may need to sit on bench first to update stats and be able to change)
3: talk to Wurst in underwear and let him feed you sausages until 50 lewd
4: go around back and give Wurst blowjobs until 100 lewd
This took me like 7 minutes to max out lewd from zero, remember you can press the "S" key to fast forward text.
If you want to save your virginity it's going to take a lot longer to get from 0-25 lewdness, you either have to spam the Labyrinth Town Inn event or the Merchant photoshoot. (unlock photoshoot by losing a fight in the upper zone and then talking to the merchant wandering the dungeon floor, he will fix your clothes and demand payment when you get back to the guild basement)

You need 3 rings, one from 1st boss, the minotaur at the end of 1st lab part, that you can access with the purple magic circle in the room with 3 big stairs and all, it's the guardian's ring with a star (you can have two with the boss and the chest).
The second is obtain with the Lamia knight, if you kill her, the ring will be on the ground after exiting this room and coming back, if you don't earn it as a loot, it's the knight's ring.
The third, the sorcerer's ring, is obtain by defeating the elder gobelin.
Those 3 rings have to be placed on the left beast statue at the bottom of your screenshot for the guardian's ring, at the statue to the right of you char on your screenie for the sorcerer's one, and the last one on the left of your char on screenie for the knight's ring.
He's talking about slug egg, the shimmering gem, you need to be impregnated to get one.
To do so, get your armor destroyed in the water level, and pee behind a rock, then go inside the cave where you can gather blue gems and the coral for the lantern, you will see some fishes, they will impregnate you, then go to sleep at the INN.
